Safety 1st, quality last

Saturday morning was spent installing little latches on all our kitchen cupboard doors, in an effort to make them kid-proof. We found this swell latch for the lazy susan, made by a company called Safety 1st. It took three attempts and one gouged knuckle to get it installed, mostly because both screws that came with it snapped in half after being screwed in all the way. Sure, we only paid $2 for it, but annoying nonetheless. Have no fear– Rachel convinced them to ship us some outlet covers to make up for our troubles.

not to be morbid… but where’s the picture of the scuffed knuckle?

    Brian,

What do you mean by “scuffed!?” I believe my original description was “gouged.” I’m fairly certain a picture wouldn’t accurately show the severity of the injuries I sustained.

Yeah, I certainly should have documented the events better … prior to slapping on the Snoopy band-aid.
